How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE standard shipping for all U.S orders $100+. Flat rate shipping is $5.95 for all domestic orders totaling less than $100.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic standard shipping can take up to 5-7 business days via USPS.
DOMESTIC: If you haven't received your item after 30 days please contact us. All our orders come with tracking and we only work with trusted suppliers.
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.
Please note: The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier and appropriate tracking number issued for the package.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with a tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.
What if I am not at home for the delivery?
Anyone at home can receive the package on behalf of the customer. Please check with USPS delivery policy.
Tracking says my package is delivered but I haven't received anything what should I do?
If your address is correct and your package says "delivered" but hasn't reached you please contact the United States Postal Service. Shipping costs are paid to USPS, and once the package has been handed off to them it is their responsibility to get it to you.
Please review your shipping address when placing your order.
We CANNOT refund orders that have been marked as delivered to the address that you have given us. Westbound Sol is not responsible for any items lost or stolen in transit.
